Riverside Communications

We want to keep you in the loop as much as possible, but in the way(s) that is most convenient and preferable to you. Here are all the ways you can stay on top of what is going on at Riverside Fitness.


Email

We email monthly newsletters to our members. Depending on how "helpful" your email provider is being, you may not see Riverside's emails in your inbox. Check your spam folder. Gmail users with smart inbox turned on, look under your other categories, like Updates, Promotions, and Social.


Still not finding the news?

  • Log into your MINDBODY account and make sure your account has emails turned on. Read more about how to do that, with step-by-step instructions, here. Making changes to your MINDBODY account communication preferences will not work if you unsubscribed from Riverside emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in a previous email from us. In this case, you will need to send an email to accountmanager@riversidefitness419.com to be manually added back to email communications, in addition to also taking the steps below.

  • Add our newsletter email address to your contacts: riversidefitness@em1.gleantap.com. All newsletters are sent from this address. If the sender is in your email contacts, the emails will not go to spam.

  • Search your email inbox and archives for emails sent from riversidefitness@em1.gleantap.com.

  • Gmail users: Use filters to ensure emails from us are routed to your primary inbox.



Text Messages

We send texts as part of your onboarding process, as schedule management, and account management, but also to update you on other news items, particularly those that are time-sensitive. If you previously opted out of texts and wish to opt in again, you have two ways to do this:

  1. Log into your MINDBODY account and make sure your account has texts turned on. Read more about how to do that, with step-by-step instructions, here. Making changes to your MINDBODY account communication preferences will not work if you opted out of texts by replying STOP to a text message from us. In this case, move to step 2.

  2. If you still have the most text conversation on your phone from before opting out, reply in that conversation with YES. If you have deleted or otherwise cannot find that conversation, send YES to (855) 936-2025.




Social Media

We post regularly on Facebook and Instagram. Follow us and let's be pals!





Digital Signage

Barring all other communication channels, you can still see what's going on on the big screen in the main gym to the left of the bathroom doors--and soon in the group fitness studio as well!
