Hand sanitizer recall
Some brands of hand sanitizer have been found to contain traces of methanol, which is toxic when ingested and can be absorbed through the skin. These products are being recalled and if you purchased any of these brands, they should be returned to the store you purchased them from. Schedule updates
We made some minor changes to the schedule in July, including adding a 5:30am BODYPUMP on Thursdays and a 7:30pm yoga on Tuesdays.
Les Mills launch
We are bringing the newest releases of BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and CXWORX to you on Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2. As you know, space is limited. Reserve your spot ASAP for this "VIP" experience, and please be sure to cancel early if you cannot make it for any reason. If you can't get a spot on the launch days, don't worry! The new releases will be taught in every Les Mills class for at least two weeks following launch.
